Warranties & Returns
Product Warranties
| All products sold by BS&R Design & Supplies come with the standard manufacturer's warranty, unless expressly stated in the product description. Every third party product you buy from BS&R Design & Supplies is backed first by the product manufacturer's warranty. We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns. No returns will be accepted without an RA number issued by BS&R Design & Supplies or when the product manufactures or distributors return policies supersede ours. |
Returns for Domestic Consumers or Orders Shipped to a Residential Address
Before returning any product, you must contact Customer Service for instructions. Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order.
A 30% restocking fee will apply to the return of any regularly stocked item. Equipment and special order items are not returnable.
All returns must be properly packed and shipped pre-paid. Returned product and equipment must be in new, unused condition and must be in its original packaging. All returns will be inspected for damage or usage prior to issuance of a credit or refund.
If your return request is not made in advance, BS&R Design & Supplies may not be able to process credit or refund for your returned product.

Returns for All Other Customers

Regularly stocked items are normally eligible for a full refund. Return of special order items will be subject to restocking fees (minimum of 30%). Equipment items may be subject to restocking fees (minimum of 20%).
