Availability estimates refer to the amount of time it will take us to acquire the item once you place your order; it does not take into consideration the amount of time it will take your order to reach you once we ship it.

Please note that this availability information is provided to us by the manufacturer, and is not guaranteed. Occasionally, some products are discontinued or delayed at the manufacturer without notice. If we become aware of any delay in your shipment, we'll let you know.

Shipping time is dependent upon the shipping method and your location. Here is the equation you should use to determine when you will receive your order:

(Availability) + (Shipping Time) = Total Delivery Time

Most items ship from our warehouses in Twin Falls, ID. Sometimes we'll ship directly from the manufacturer, which means your shipment could originate from anywhere within the United States.

If your order has already been placed, you can check its status and any available tracking information by logging on to your account.
